Justice League Porn Story: Winter Storm Chapter 12

It
was Ember. She had her dark hair down. She was wearing a flowing
green dress. She fit in perfectly. No one would even realize she was
not supposed to be at this party. Her golden eyes flashed with anger
and grief.

I
growled, pushing Thomas behind me, Ember, what do you want?

She
smirked as Ryan ran towards us. I wanted to scream and warn him, but
it was too late. She held my baby brother in her tight grip. He
squirmed and cried, What do I want, Ales? I want my fathers
life back. You killed him just like you killed Clover. I want to
return the favor.

No,
please, I fell to my knees, Dont hurt him. Please dont
hurt Ryan.

She
smiled almost playfully, I wont kill him if you take his
place.

I
nodded, standing up. She only smirked, pulling out her dagger as she
stabbed Ryan multiple times. She smiled, tossing him aside like a rag
doll. Thomas quickly ran over to him, picking him up.

Thomas,
take him to the hospital. I can handle her, I glared into her
golden eyes with my silver.

I
was terrified of her, but I would do anything to protect my brother.
I barely heard everyone screaming, running to get away. The only ones
that remained in the ballroom were myself, Caspian, and my family. My
mother looked like she was about to kill Ember.

Caspian
stepped forward, Ember, this is between us. Lets settle this
now, just you and me.

She
smirked, her hands lighting with fire, Lets.

Caspian
ran towards her. He knew how much my family meant to me. He would die
protecting them. He would die protecting anything of any significance
to me. I watched as their flames methis red and her blue. It was a
beautiful but terrifying sight. I was so afraid that something would
happen to him. I watched earnestly as Caspian blocked every attack.

He
smirked as some of his fire singed the tip of her hair. She seemed so
off. She staggered in anger, Why are you jumping out of the way so
much? Are you afraid to fight me, Cassi?

He
only kept his cool. When Caspian was determined, it was very hard to
deter him. He took a deep breath. I could tell he was slowing his
breathing in order to remain calm.

He
laughed, taunting her. He knew that she was off her game as well,
Whats the matter, Ember? No, telepathy today? Are you afraid
that I can just turn it against you?

You
want to see telepathy. Ill show you telepathy, Caspian, Her
laugh was unnerving as I screamed.

I
didnt know what was happening, but I felt immense pain throughout
my body. It was just enough to distract Caspian. I felt so much pain,
but it was nothing compared to the inner turmoil of watching Caspian
fall to the ground defeated. I tried to make my way over to him, but
I only slumped over. It felt like someone was making small cuts all
over my body, ripping the skin off, and burning me all at the same
time. I tried to stand, falling weakly. I knew my mother was trying
to comfort me, but I pushed her away. Every touch only burned. I
suddenly feel a source of heat near my arm. I knew that Ember was
burning me. I screamed loudly as she picked me, throwing me through
the large glass windows of the ballroom. I fell onto the cement
outsidejagged pieces of glass ripping through my skin. My dress
was tattered, torn, and singed.

I
looked up, glaring at her. Blood ran from my hands. I winced as
pebbles and gravel got into the wounds when I tried to stand, If
I was able to stand, Id wipe that arrogant smirk off your face!!!

She
only laughed. I looked back in the ballroom. My family was frozen in
there places. Caspian was on the ground, reaching out towards me,
Ember, what did you do to them?

She
only smiled, I just did some magic. Time is frozen. I dont want
anyone interfering with your death.

I
could hear so many voices in my head, telling me to get up. I knew
that my family believed in me. I could stand. I could stand. I pushed
myself up. I fought the urge to give up and lie down. I felt like I
was deep underwater. There was so much pressure pushing me down, but
I wouldnt give in.

Embers
eyes widened in shock, You are stronger than any of your kind
before you. But, that means nothing. You are still weak and easily
broken.

I
stood up, I stuttered as I weakly made my way to her, Istood
up.when I fell. Im stronger than youll ever be.

I
growled, moving quickly. I tried to avoid her fire, surprised when a
shield of water came up to protect me. I knew it was time. It was
time to stop hiding. I was a protector, and I would protect my family
until my last breath. Even then, I would find a way to keep fighting.

Ember
wasnt expecting this from me. I tackled her as we crashed through
another of the glass windows, sliding across the ballroom floor. I
stood, towering over her. She only laughed. I moved out of her way.
She wasnt thinking through. Her attacks wear out of anger, rather
than calculation. I managed a single touch to her body. It was enough
to hit a pressure point.

Then,
she did something that I wasnt expecting. She grabbed me lifting
me into the air. I groaned with pain as I crashed into the large
glass chandelier. I was bleeding from so many different wounds. I
didnt know if I could stand, but I tried none the less. I would
never stop. I slumped over in pain as Ember made her way over to me.
She stumbled. I had wounded her. She was weak now, but I couldnt
move. I screamed, feeling as if a thousand whips were crashing across
my back. I felt the skin rip. I looked to my sides, seeing wings.
They were soft and whiteso pure. I felt my body lift off the
ground. I was confused and frightened.

Ember
started to back away in fear, L’ange s’est reveille.

I
was surprised that I could understand her. The angel has
awakened.

I
knew then that this was the final stage. My full powers had
developed. I looked around, everyone started to move. Caspian stared
up at me in fear. We were supposed to be enemies, but he was not my
concern. Caspian stood, fully healed. It was almost as if Ember had
never been there.

I
turned to her, Who am I to judge?

She
growled, unable to move. Ember began to breathe fire in a fit of
rage, rolling around the floor, screaming and crying uncontrollably.
She was lost within her own madness. Caspian walked over to me,
placing a hand on my shoulder. He knew I wouldnt hurt him even in
this state. I embraced him, my wings wrapping around the too of us. I
finally allowed myself to collapse in his arms. My wings retracted
in. I whimpered in pain, starting to lose consciousness. I had used
the last of my strength to stop her. My family and my love were safe.
That was the only thing that I needed to know.
